At Club Magic Hour, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tea ritual; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and photos of the unopened products you wish to return.

Receive Authorization

Once our team reviews your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include your RMA slip before shipping the package back to our warehouse via a tracked service.

Process Refund

After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 5-7 business days.
